Laura is an innovative and charismatic coach and trainer who knows how to build relationships of trust with those she is working with. I hired Laura to create a bespoke training program for the organisation I was working for in 2015, an international tribunal in The Hague. The training was such a great success with both the participants and management that we had to offer a second session right after the initial round.

As a distance learner, the recordings are vital. They make what can often be dry subject matter come to life through practical real-life / on the job scenarios to illustrate the theory. Laura is an engaging communicator with the perfect mix of knowledge, in-depth understanding of what the Cips markers are after and humour.

Laura always ensures that learning is fun (even when the subject might not be!). She helps up come up with easy ways to remember parts of the course and enhances our learning by giving us some of her real-life past examples. We definitely wouldn’t have passed the course without her teaching and help.
